Simona Johnson

My name is Simona Johnson. I established In Touch After Hours Service in 2021 to help homecare agencies solve the challenge of after-hours care coordination. I have over 25 years of experience in customer service and have worked as the Director of Operations for a home care agency.

My experience has taught me the importance of retaining the best staff. In order to do so, we must care for our staff by providing them the work/life balance that they need so they can provide the best care to clients. We are not just an answering service, we are a partner in business that will help alleviate the stresses of what business owners worry about the most.
